If you want to experiment to assemble it. For sure. We ordered one for the shop, and painted it white. LOL After assembly, action came out great. As with any tremolo unit you have to fiddle with it to get the setup right. No big deal you just have to do it.

Surprisingly, the fingerboard had no rough edges as compared to $400 guitars like Ibanez and others. For the money....BUY IT . You will learn the body parts at the same time and also, if it ever needs adjustment, you will understand the mechanism behind it.

Oh, now I see. Definitely DO NOT get that, as you are not sure that you will still want to play the guitar. Still get yourself a Fender Stratocaster, small amp, tuner, and a jack. The distortion pedal, strings, and everything else in that package you most likely won't need. You can always look on the Internet for guitar lessons, and for free!
